IMAP settings not working

I cannot get Outlook to accept the IMAP settings as per the following article: https://kb.mailbox.org/display/MBOKBEN/Setup+other+e-mail+clients+manually

I have set up a custom domain and I am able to send/receive email fine with the mailbox webmail client.

I have replaced the mailbox.org email address with that of my custom domain as the main email address.

I am using imap.mailbox.org / smtp.mailbox.org and the ports recommended by the above article.

Any ideas gratefully received!
