Can't access mailbox after successful login

In Progress

I've been having sporadic but annoying login errors since a couple of weeks. I've been a Mailbox User for years and it's been working flawlessly until some weeks ago. Now I can't send Emails from Thunderbird and when I try to login I see the error message attached. I'm slowly getting disappointed from the service. I use Mailbox for work and can't afford email issues.

I have checked your account and it looks fine to me.

Have you changed the DNS server of your OS or router lately?

Have you installed anti-virus-software the intervenes https traffic?

Does it work with a mobile (tethering) connection?

Do you OS and / or your Thunderbird support only connections with TLS 1.1 or lower?

If these hints don't help, please open up a ticket with us.

The incident last about 15-20 minutes each time

> Have you changed the DNS server of your OS or router lately?

No, my network configuration remains untouched and all further internet access remains unaffected

> Have you installed anti-virus-software the intervenes https traffic?

No, i run a mostly Vanilla Ubuntu installation

When the problem happens it's the same for my mobile connected directly with the LTE provider, so two separate connections (WiFi and LTE experience the same issue)

I'm pretty sure the issue isn't on my end. The fact that the error happens after authentication is pretty telling.
