Spam whitelist

A friend's emails are suddenly being rejected as spam. How do I remove him from the blacklist? Where is the blacklist?

I'm having a similar problem. Nearly all emails I send or forward from my work address are getting bounced as spam. I've tried adding the 'from' address to the contact list and also changing the spam filters to not bounce, but flag, but it keeps happening.

Despite disabling grey listing, and enabling flagging junk rather than rejecting mail, I'm still getting complaints from people who email me and get a bounce message. This seems to affect corporate senders more than individuals.

Same. I've tried flagging rather than rejecting but to no avail.

That's exactly what was happening to me. On advice from the helpdesk, I changed one part of the 'spam' settings and that seems to have fixed the problem.
