Attempt at credit card payment shows white page and my account not credited

I have tried multiple times to pay my account with a credit card. Every time after entering my credit card payment information I get a white frame and no information about whether the payment was successful or not. My balance never changes. This appears to be the only way to reach your so-called "support" and I'd appreciate a reply.

As far as I know the support can do little here, because with credit card payments also always the 3D Secure must be active, but mailbox.org offers yes still further possibilities for the payments. Have you tried the other payment methods?

For the record, my account wasn't disabled when I first tried to pay, It only was after I wasted my time trying to get your payment system to work
