No credit added to account after payment by credit card

Hello,


I'm a new user. I created a new account yesterday and paid for one month of service via credit card. The payment cleared my card immediately but still isn't reflected on my Mailbox.org account. The help documentation says this is supposed to be immediate so I'm worried there's a problem. Will the account be credited soon or is there something else I need to do?

I have the same problem, I added credit to the account on 11/06 and still have no credit, no email with a confirmation, nothing. The only confirmation I have is on Paypal. Is this normal?
