Suddenly have "100 MB Quota exceeded" while I'm supposed to have 2 GB

Hi there,
just found out that my 2GB has been reduced to 100 MB, so I can't receive new emails anymore.
I have an old "Mail" account :
And here's the state of my account :
Can anyone help? Anything I can do to resolve this? I hope I don't need to switch to a light or standard account :/

Oh wow, that was it, simple as that ...
I use to top up my balance for one year in advance and usually get reminders when it's about to expire, but never got such email or notification this time :/

thank you for your nice response. Indeed some of our clients did not receive the reminders in time, due to an incorrectly set parameter. Our administrators have found and corrected the parameter. Customers that have been affected by this will receive the reminders shortly.

Same thing happened to me. I never received a reminder. No response from support team. Pretty lousy service. Switching to another provider.

Hi and thank you for your message. We always send out reminders via e-mail three months, four and two weeks before a contract runs out. Our support team will look into the matter and get back to you as soon as possible.

same here, took me nearly a month to realize i dont receive E-Mails anymore... EMails from an entire months are now lost!?
