Unable to send mail

I am a light mailbox customer since yesterday and I still can't send an email, it always gives me an error - I still seem to have the same settings as in the trial period and therefore cannot send emails

Wrong or missing login data to access e-mail transport server smtp.mailbox.org. Please check associated account's settings/credentials -.
