Help! Can't send emails?

Hi,
I noticed that I could not send any emails with either the web interface or third-party desktop client. The error message appears as following:
"Wrong or missing login data to access mail transport server smtp.mailbox.org. Please check associated account's settings/credentials."
I would appreciate if you could help me resolve the issue as soon as possible since I need my email for work immediately.
