A way to report phising, spam email

I have a spam sender that is able to bypass mailbox.org's filtering methods and, apart from blacklisting them, I think it would be a good idea to have a way to report them so that other mailbox.org users do not have to deal with them.

Is there a way to do that?

you can send the email(s) to support@mailbox.org, the team will then review them and adjust the spam filter if needed. To be able to review them they need the entire email(s) (text + header; .eml file) in a zip-archive and the email(s) have to be very recent, because they only keep logs for a very limited number of days.

I have the same problem. Wouln't it be more efficient to (1) report the same message in the admin interface or to (2) forward the email to a DNSBL blacklist (like spamcop.net ?) in order to update DNSBLs.

Is there an email address distinct from support@mailbox.org where we can forward spam directly without writing a desciption message?

I get several spam and phishing mails per week. The spam I can flag and it is then also removed. Why is there an entirely different process for phishing mails, which requires me to type an explanation to support.

I recently moved over from gmail and I have to say gmail's spam/phishing filters let fewer problems through.Otherwise Mailbox is OK (barring minor issues).
