Account unable to send mails (Webclient) - wrong or missing login data? [paid customer]

Ich kann auf einmal keine Mails ueber den Web-client vesenden.

Ich habe es via Android Client versucht, da wollen meine Mails aber auch nicht raus.

Was ist denn los? Ich habe gestern fuers halbe Jahr bezahlt und heute geht's nicht mehr? |

SPAM protection, vielleicht? Bitte um Hilfe.

So etwas darf doch nicht passieren. Zumindest sollte es nicht. :)

Ich habe bereits alle meine Kontakte auf mailbox.org umgestellt u. kann jetzt niemanden kontaktieren; beruflich und privat isoliert. Ich muss dringende Mails schreiben.


Ich hoffe Sie werden mir dabei helfen koennen schnellstmoeglich meinen Account freizuschalten.

Yes, right here.

Mr. Heinlein speaks English and German. Do you face the same issue?

Looks like tha anti-spam filter kicked in for my account - Mr. Heinlein has already taken care of it for me. I'm really happy with the quality of the support here.

Does anybody from mailbox service desk have an answer to this problem? In german or english? This is so annoying ....
