Added funds via Paypal - Amount not credited to my mailbox account
Hi, I paid via PayPal total $36.05 USD = €30.90 EUR. This is not being reflected on my account under contract and fees. The payment was delivered to Heinlein Support GmbH via your website, under Add Credit to your balance. I opened a support ticket under help.mailbox.org, MAILBOX-11016 but have not received an answer. The ticket contains a receipt from PayPal as a PDF.
