If i try to access the mailbox.org settings (for payment) in the online platform I only get a login form with username and password.
I attached a screenshot.
If I enter my login credentials nothing happens.
I have exactly the same problem. The irony is that I've tried to access the settings to make my first payment and it's down. Hopefully they'll fix it soon.
Please try to log out from your e-mail account and log in again.
If it doesn't help, please open a ticket with us under help.mailbox.org
It doesn't work.
Also, the help desk is in German???
