The auth problem is not fixed, previous one is marked as fixed, problem is ongoing
The problem is fixed. There may be some stale old sessions that are broken, but re-used during login before they expire. This may happen in very rare cases. Our team is on the way to identify hanging old broken sessions to close them in our systems, but this may take while. Closing browser & apps, maybe deleting stored cookies may help on your side. But in general, we don't believe that this is really the problem.
Actually we do see some connections with bad/wrong passwords. Please make sure, that you *do* use the right password. Some Apps (or Users) entered wrong passwords while retrying. So please re-check here. All systems are up and running end since we had a simple routing issue, there weren't any change at the authentication backend.
IMAP access is still not working ? I get auth errors for some days, on all my devices. Setting a new password in the webinterface didn`t help either.
Access is 100% up and running. If you can not login, then username and/or password *are* wrong.
