Firs of of all: I am the boss. But even if I'm not the CEO of mailbox.org, my team would decide like me and there's no reason to escalate or involve me. If we have reasons to believe that an account is misused, we have to block it to protect our customers and our infrastructure.

What's the problem with your system?
Why you put me on spam control? I sent less then 10 mails from it.
But it's connected with my Gmail account and sometimes I send mails from my Google account.
