Family account and custom domain

Hi all,

My spouse and I have a family (or team) mail account set up now. I got everything working fine, they could share calendars etc, with the mailbox.org accounts. Then I went to get our own domain set up. It works fine on mine - I can send and receive from my custom email address (me@ourname.com). But when I went into my spouse's account (they are not very tech savvy) to set up THEIR email address on our domain (them@ourname.com) it is sending to MY email. I've set this up before with no problems on other email services, and am not sure why it's not working this time. I did the security key from both accounts. What am I missing to direct their email to their own inbox?
