Filter rule delete/move after x days

Proposed

I would like the possibility to set a filter rule to automatically delete/move emails older than x days in a certain folder. Basically the same as the option in trash, but this is only 30 days.

I would like this to apply to the archive folder for instance

Any comment from mailbox.org folks on this? I could really use this feature....

I think this feature is really on their 'low priority' list, as this feature directly disrupts mailbox.org's business model. They are interested in you buying bigger storage, while this feature enables you to delete messages are not needed anymore... It is a pity as the latter would be a more sustainable model (from an environmental and corporate responsibility point of view).

That's sad. I don't even want to delete emails I just want to organize them.... Just not right away. After a week of a credit card email or sale promotion being in my main inbox I'd like it to go ahead and get sorted. A week gives me enough time to read it, if only the subject line. And I hate sorting mail manually.

My use case is that I am on many mailinlists, and these get naturally outdated and unusable. Now, I also hate deleting emails manually, so hence the request. It would be better to set this server-side than on client-side on all the devices.

Yeah, this would be really useful mainly for organizing mailbox, archiving old mails, deleting old newsletters etc... I dont think it will help really with lower tier subscriptions as there are many other features and the storage size is not much an issue.
