Forwarded email (from Gandi) is bouncing

I am forwarding email from Gandi.net to Mailbox.org and, starting yesterday, I noticed all my email is bouncing! No reply from either Gandi or Mailbox for 12+ hours, and all my incoming mail is getting rejected. Does this ring a bell for anyone?

Neither one of my domains is listed on surbl.org.

The bell must ring at gandi.net. They're on DNS Blacklists (their system, not your domain!) AND/OR they don't have their hostnames configured correctly. So they have to do their job / a better job. Mailbox.org can't do this for them.

This is also not something for a 24/7 response from our helpdesk at the weekend.

You can easily disable the working spam-check here in your personal settings page. Your account will then receive those mails (but also other spam that would have been blocked).


Awesome, thanks for the reply, it's good to know what's going on. You can imagine that losing mail is an issue for me, weekend or not. I'll now direct my frustration towards Gandi.

I didn't realize I could turn off spam rejection in the settings, this actually solves my problem.
