Help, I cant send messages out

After trying to send a message from my account, I got this message that says "Wrong or missing login data to access mail transport server smtp.mailbox.org. Please check associated account's settings/credentials.".. what do i do to fix this?

This can happen while trying to send email via VPN on a local client.

Is using a VPN not allowed with mailbox.org? My account is having this same issue. Please help!
