How long before temporary account upgrades after paying online with paypal

Need Answer

I started service with a test account. Yesterday I paid for upgrade to a real account via paypal. Today my account is still listed as temporary. The support portal is in German and I could not find an English translation. So... anyone help me? Paypal is showing that payment has been made.

I have a similar issue. I've paid already 6 days ago (via PayPal as well), first 2.5€ got already deducted from my credits – and my account is still listed as "limited".


Can't even create Team Mail accounts, which is the reason I bought the MailXL right away.


So I wrote on helpdesk 3 days ago, haven't heard a word yet..

Apparently, you just have to completely log out and log in back into Mailbox, then your status will update immediately. Check your initial registration email from the Mailbox.org with instructions. This is not obvious from the user experience perspective, but worked for me after an hour of digging into manuals/userforum.
