I am trying to send emails and my contact is not receiving

Hi,


I sent email to some contacts and they aren't receiving my messages. I don't know if it is possible to see in the smtp queue what happen with the messages.

When I send from a different account (gmail account or riseup.net account) my contacts receive my message.

The problem started from yesterday (29/01/2017) after 9 p.m. (UTC+1).


Did you change any configuration?

I'm also facing the same issue, I get the message - "TLS is required, but was not offered by host" - 3 days after the email was sent.

No configuration was changed and the email was also sent on the 29th.

Same here. Mails are bouncing back few days later.

This is simply not acceptable, can anyone pls take a look at this?

If individual emails are undeliverable please send an email at support-en@mailbox.org. We will have a lokk into our log-files and clarify why they where undeliverable. Let us know the sender and recipient address and the date and time.
