Hello,

Since PayPal payments are slow. I decided to go with IBAN payment.

To identify payment, what information should I use?

Account email? How do I know my customer ID?

Kind regards,

We haven't heard anything about PayPal-Problems in the past few weeks. Feels like this problem was solved somewhere and I think we will remove the warning in some days.

For IBAN money transfers: Just use the IBAN, that's all. It already includes your customer ID. Every customer here has his personal IBAN. So don't use it for other accounts.

a) Maybe you *do* have typo in the IBAN.

b) The IBAN check of your bank is broken -- they must fix it.

I can't help here. The IBAN is valid.

Okay, I'm sorry, the IBAN *was* wrong and there was an issue on our side during the last few days ours. We had complains about non-valid IBANs several times in the past and it was always a problem at the bank, but in this case it was the first time the IBAN calculation had a bug and was wrong.

We provided a fix this afternoon. Please have a look into the payment menue, there should be a valid new IBAN for you.
