Hello, dear Mailbox.org!

Today you've stopped receiving incoming email at all. Suddenly. Are you OK and what happened? And, btw, what about my Ticket #2016100410002601? No reply at all. What the hell are you doing? Sorry, but I just have no words. What kind of service is this?

We had a big performance issue today and the last few days because we won an award of a German consumer magazin called "Stiftung Warentest". We had been very busy to add more capacity to our systems and -- sorry -- we had been a little bit in hurry and just informed on our German webpage.

I hope you understand that this is totally unacceptable and critical. Look at the clock. Why the customer learns about this now? Looks like you've got Twitter? And, it seems, last post 4 Oct? Will tell you more. I'm sure the client will treat you with more respect if he'll sure have not forgotten about him.
