Locked out of account

Need Answer

I created an account yesterday and added 12 euros for the 1Euro/month plan on it today. After that I activated 2 Factor authentication using Google Authenticator and logged out to test it out. But I guess there's something that I missed while setting up because now I cannot login with my PIN+Authentication Code. When I click the forget password button I get : "It appears that we neither have an alternative e-mail address, mobile phone number, nor telephone password on record for the given address". Is there some way to get back into my account? or at least delete this account so I can setup a new one?

I've logged in to my account successfully. Turns out I had added an email alias and added it as the primary email address. After logging out I was supposed to use the new alias to login, but I was using my old @mailbox.org username to login which is why it was not working.
