Mailbox encryption doesn't turn on

Dear Mailbox.org!

Yesterday You've turned off my inbox encryption. And now I can't turn it on. Please, check my Ticket#2016101110002142 (German) and Ticket#2016101110002151 (English). When you enable encryption? Your server says:

  1. «Open-Xchange: line 7: error: unknown command 'pgp_encrypt' (only reported once at first occurrence). Open-Xchange: error: validation failed. »

Both my account "Inbox Encryption" and "Guard" were down since yesterday. I have created a Ticket#2016101110002311 twenty two hours ago, still waiting for support's response.

I just checked your INBOX. It's using now encryption again. I can see that there has been one unencrypted mail today; maybe the system needed one inital mail before the PGP key was reexported in the database.


There hasn't been any change in Guard yesterday or in the last 14 days. There's absolutely no dependency to the encrypted INBOX.


Somebody of our team will have a look at the tickets tomorrow to check it individually. Sorry for the latency, our support team is still very busy due to many requests.
