Meeting Room Resource

Need Answer

We have a quite common use case. We have multiple meeting rooms and would like to be able to book them when creating calendar entries. How is this possible?

Best would be if the meeting room are special type of room resource and can be selected using the Location entry when creating a new event. Not very nice but still better than nothing would be if the meeting room can be invited like a participant. However, I couldn't find any place to create the resource type room.

I found out that there is the option to add resources. I had to create for every resource a different email address and now when I want to schedule the meeting these email addresses also pop up (besides of the resources). Is there a way to prevent to show the email addresses of the meeting rooms, which should never be used?
