Minimized Drafts populating whole Screen
Hello,some of our customers experienced problems with minimized draft windows which are populating the screen and which can‘t be closed.Our administrators have found a way to close these drafts, solving this problem. We estimated that all accounts with more than 50 open drafts are experiencing this problem. Therefore we closed all drafts of accounts with more than 50 drafts.
Of course we made backups of the them. So if your drafts are gone but you want to keep them, please open a ticket with our helpdesk. If you are still experiencing the problem please open a ticket in our helpdesk, too, so we can solve the problem manually.
