Native linux client

Hi, are there any plans to support a native Linux client in the future in addition to windows and android.

this is pretty important to me so I can make full use of mailbox but id like to use a proper client that supports all the features it has to offer.

looking forward to your responses

If using Linux, your best bet would be to use Thunderbird as mail client, then use Enigmail, TBsync and Sieve as addons.

For the Drive sync you may use Total Commander with WebDAV-Plugin

[in total commander, add a new server, tic "https", enter the address dav.mailbox.org/servlet/webdav.infostore]

or the native linux file explorer according to this guide:

I guess like this you have most of the stuff covered.

I have a Cryptomator archive on my Mailbox Drive which I use through the native OX Drive client on macOS. Recently I have set up a Linux Laptop which I would like to use with Mailbox.org and the Drive Client. Mounting via Nautilus works but I don't know how successful I will be with the Cryptomator archive (I am worried about it becoming corrupt).

Does anyone have any experience with this set up? I am also considering renting an OwnCloud server long term if that is easier to implement.
