New account and already blocked?

Hey. So I have been hearing a lot about mailbox.org and it was my first choice after leaving from gmail. I made an account and linked my domain to see how things are working for me in the trial before making a purchase. Then I tried to test it by sending an email, but the error I receive apparently means I got blocked. What did I do? Could you please unblock me.

One question also, if you please. I thought we get to have 3 email aliases. After I linked my custom domain, I found out that I can only use that one. Is this true? If not, how do I add a second alias from the same custom domain?

I hope my issue gets resolved soon. I can't wait to start paying and use the full service. Thank you

Unfortunately you run into on of our spam mechanism. We unlocked the account so that you able send emails now.

If your running into issues with trying to send mail, you might want to have a look at this forum page. It seems that mailbox.org is having a lot of issues with their spam software blocking the sending of messages, which someone in customer support will have to fix for you by unlocking your account.

I am getting this error: "Wrong or missing login data to access mail transport server smtp.mailbox.org.". I very much doubt that's a problem on their end. Am I mistaken?

No you are not mistaken because that's exactly the same error that I was getting also. The server: smtp.mailbox.org is their send server and the only fix is to wait until customer service sees your above posting and replies to it, because they will have to unlock your account so that you can send e-mails from it. Apparently, they have a very strong spam filter. You can also visit this forum page and post your issue there as well since customer support seems to be addressing issues with the sending server faster on that forum page then they are on this one.

Please tell me that this is not going to be a constant issue when I start paying for your service? I would understand the extremely sensitive spam detection with free accounts. This is a different case compared to a full paid account, right?
