No timely response from support

Unfortunately, I received no response to my recent support ticket. I have been a customer for about a year, and was quite dismayed at this apparent change- previously I received responses within a day or two.

As a result, I've gone ahead and moved my synced files elsewhere, and reduced my service level by the amount of money the new service will cost.

It was answered by one of our helpdesk agents on 15/Okt/2019 10:50 in the morning.

I think this pretty *very very* fast.

I also read the answer from my agent: He was helpful, right in his root cause analysis of your problem and also provided helpful links to you give you some follow-up help. Good work.
