Not enough details to make bank transfer to reactivate account?

I have used up my 30 days free account, and it's been disabled, so I would like to pay to reactivate it. I can't make a bank transfer because I don't have enough details (eg. Recipient's Bank Address, Recipient's Business Name, Address etc.) to go through with it. Would it be possible for you to temporarily reactivate my account so I can put money onto my account using my debit card instead?


PS. I've had to create another account to actually post on the forum because my actual account has been deactivated.

If this isn't resolved by the 12th of July then I'm going to be unable to access my email account, meaning my place of employment will no longer be able to contact me.
