Not Reciving Mail Custom Domain?

I just switched from Tutanota, I added my custom domain and I am not able to receive emails with it. I set up the MX records, I am able to send an email to myself from the web client and also receive it, but no outside messages work.

What did you do to solve the issue?

Not sure exactly, this was awhile ago. I was messing with things that could have fixed it or it might have been that time just passed and it fixed itself, DNS records and such. Sorry I could not be more helpful.
