Payment done but not gone through?

Hello,


I made a payment a few hours ago through paypal. Not the first time, really. Anyway, it processed and then gave me an "invoice error"? I can confirm the payment has been done from the paypal invoice I got, and will attach too. However, the payment is not reflected in my account until now. It usually happens instantly. Your help is very much appreciated here. Thank you.ad667e8046b5647ea031890c66ea0b7a

3 days later and nothing happened. Mailbox.. Please help? I have already paid. I don't have much time left.

PayPal is working to analyse the issue, however, we at mailbox.org do not know when the problem will be fixed. We therefore ask for your patience. Alternatively, you can use a different payment method."


i think it's better if you contact them by ticket.

Are you referring to a paypal ticket? What good will that do though? The payment has been done and sent as you can see from the main post's picture. Mailbox should be the one responsible at this point. Or am I wrong?

Paypal had some delays long time ago. Summer 2018? Anyway: Long time ago.

We do not have any delays any more. If you still have seen this text somewhere (where?) this is a mistake and not valid any more.


Once we're receiving a paypal transfer it will be immediately (!) added to your account. If nothing is added, we do have most likely not received the payment. Please open a ticket at paypal and ask for it. In rare cases Paypal stops payments for internal abuse investigations. But this is nothing we can see or where we can help.


On the other hand you can also open a second ticket at mailbox.org at https://help.mailbox.org. Please provide your Paypal transfer number.

i don't have problems with payments but on the page "Add credit to your Balance", if i select paypal i see that text.

I made a ticket through your link and in paypal. I hope this gets resolved soon. The 30 day countdown to my account's deactivation has already begun :(
