Payment not reflected

I made a topup yesterday (almost 24h ago) using PayPal from settings page. The transaction history in Paypal shows that the payment is made successfully


But there's no email from mailbox.org as mentioned, no record in Settings (Contract and Fees, Account Statement, Invoice Copies, Add Credit to your Balance) neither


May I know how long should I wait until it's reflected in my account?

Hi there,

we add your topup in realtime as soon as we get a confirmation from PayPal.

In this case it seems as though PayPal has not confirmed the payment yet.


Please refer to PayPal or wait a bit. We've seen that some payments arrive eventually with one or two days delay.

Thanks for the reply. Please see the attached screenshot for my Paypal transaction history. Payment for mailbox.org is listed under Completed so it's already completed from Paypal side right? Should I contact Paypal regarding this?

By the way, I have exactly the same issue. I paid yesterday a yearly subscription (1€ / month) with paypal and registered in paypal and it is not appearing on my account

Your credit has just been added about an hour ago. This was done automatically and we still assume that it gets delayed by PayPal.
