I have got a problem
I can not show settings.
when I click on settings it writtes :
"You have connection problems please try again"
I have the same issue accessing the settings of my accounts. I have several accounts and the strange part is that I can access the settings in some of them and not for some other. What is the issue here? Help would be greatly appreciated!
I have only one account mailbox.
I am able to connect to it normally.
When I click on "settings" here is what it notes :
The application could not be launched.
You may have connection problems.
Please try again.
I writted to support but they must be tired of me.

Thanks for your feedback. We have exactly the same issue. I don't know what it is linked with, as one of my mailbox is affected and not others...
I have not had a chance yet to contact support. I know that they are rather slow in answering emails (the only downside of mailbox.org) and I first was trying to see whether the problem had already occurred.
Will contact support and let you know of the outcome.
I do not know for you, but I can go into settings now...
and change my password easely now, because i could not 1 day ago.
Maybe someday it will do again.
