Hello mailbox.org

When I try to send unlocked email, the webmail inform me, something like this approximative french to english traduction :

"

Data connection incorrect or missing to access smtp.mailbox.org. Please check rules or identitity of account.

"

I miss something no ?

Merci beaucoup :)

Sometimes a new account is catched by our anti-abuse-system if there was some unclear or suspicious behavior during registration process. I unlocked your account. Sorry for that.

Hello mailbox.org. As with the original poster 3547199, I am receiving errors when I try to send email. But with my case it is with both the web interface and with SMTP---I am unable to send any email through either method. With the web interface, the progress indicator reaches 100% but the mail is not received by the intended recipient, and in the case with SMTP, I receive a variety of errors, ranging from simple hanging to messages like

msmtp: recipient address [removed] not accepted by the server

msmtp: server message: 554 5.7.1 <unknown[2601:1c0:4701:c840::ba13]:44744>: Client host rejected: Access denied

msmtp: could not send mail (account [removed] from /home/rfm/.config/msmtp/config)

I'm just testing your service right now but would really love to transfer from gmail to you. Thanks.
