Hello, is there a list of known bugs/problems for Suomi24 users?I still can't use the search, and I'm unable to change my anti-spam settings.

(By the way, have the antispam settings changed in practice? Like, were they the same on suomi24.fi? Or am I no longer receiving emails that I would've received before?)

To me both issues are kinda urgent :(

The final migration isn't done untill now. We prepared everything and needed the time to copy lots of data until last Friday. We'll check everything once more today and hopefully we will be able to switch today.

It's okay (and expected) that full text search and also spamfilter settings don't work yet.


In general the spamfilter system is mostly the same like at the old Suomi systems. The mailsystem was done by us anyway during the last few days and our spamfilter cluster also managed the suomi systems.

mailbox.org uses some more (paid) RBL blacklists, but in general nothing changed here.

I get that you're okay with it. Please consider extending the free trial as the functions didn't work properly for almost a month.

Interestingly my anti-spam settings did get saved, they just weren't displayed correcly.

Hi!

Since suomi24 moved to mailbox.org i haven't got saw my old mailaccount at all. Suomi24 support said that its possible to use both usernames in mailbox. After moving my old account to mailbox.org i made check login to make sure that my mails were safe there and they were in that single time but since that haven't found them.

All maildata was accessible in both systems all the time. All suomi data from all registered suomi accounts was transferred to our storage many weeks ago.

But: Your actual mailbox.org account is NOT connected to your old suomi address. It doesn't have the suomi address as an alias. Maybe you mixed something up? Do you have multiple mailbox.org accounts? You could open a ticket at https://help.mailbox.org, please provide your old suomi mailaddress.

In any case: If a suomi account was not transferred to the new system, all mail data is gone. The old mailbackend of Suomi was deleted mid of February.
