Unable to login after OTP setup

I have set up a OTP (using Google Authenticator), and now my password no longer works on the web interface; access through mail clients still works fine.


Resetting the password, or attempting to login using a OTP did not work.


How can I regain access to my inbox?

My apologies, I did not read the KB properly (and the setup was different from the 2FA sites I used before).


If you want to login with PIN and OTP password in our mailbox.org office webinterface, you have to enter the 4-digit PIN and the One-Time-Password for password input without any whitespace char.

I have the same problem because the web interface kicked me out before I was able to enroll the credential
