Unable to send emails from new account
I am unable to send emails either from the web interface or from my mobile device. When I try from the mailbox.org web interface I get the message "Wrong or missing login data to access mail transport server smtp.mailbox.org. Please check associated account's settings/credentials." When I try to my mobile device I simply get a message that the email could not be sent and it has been saved to my drafts folder.
I am currently in the 30-day unpaid period, and I don't want to change to a paid account unless this problem can be solved. I see that this or similar questions have been asked several times on this forum and none of them, some months old, have received a reply that I can see. That's not very encouraging, and certainly discourages me from extending this past the initial 30 days if that's a typical response (i.e., none).
