Unable to set up IMAP on iphone or computer — says authentication failed
I recently purchased mailbox and I am getting an authentication issue when trying to set up my account on an iPhone, and also on a Mac. I have tried letting it auto detect the settings, as well as manually inputting the correct port and SSL settings, but each time it tells me it cannot connect. I even tried the auto setup method for iOS devices via the mailbox.org website and that did not work as well. Is the IMAP or SMTP server down? My credentials work fine on the website.
