Wrong or missing login data when sending - Paid account

I know this has been asked before, but according to some of those posts, this is apparently a problem with the spam filter, and not any setting I have control over.

It is disappointing that this issue only arose after paying for the service.


If there's anything I should do, let me know, else I will just wait.

Hi,

I am facing the same problem. I didn't even manage to send one email, but I received this error. I was trying to send some test emails to myself and my mail aliases from my test server (located in a different location from me):

"Wrong or missing login data to access mail transport server smtp.mailbox.org. Please check associated account's settings/credentials."

This is not spam, as I am sending emails to my own mail aliases for the purpose of doing email signups from my website. Please unlock my account for me. Please resolve this quickly, as this is affecting my business.

Hi,

It has been two days since I have submitted a request to https://help.mailbox.org and over here but there has been no response. I have already paid for this account since 8th August and only started to use it.

As mentioned, I was only sending test emails to my own mail aliases (and not elsewhere), so why has it been flagged and blocked? Why is this taking so long to resolve and unblock? Sending and receiving email is the fundamental feature of your service and judging from this user forum, many others users had already faced this problem before:

If so, why is it taking so long to resolve this, and why does the problem still exist? I appreciate good and prompt service, however, this is taking too long. If no response is forthcoming, unfortunately, I would have to take my plans for being a long-term user of your service elsewhere.

Update on this issue. Thanks my account has been unlocked. Kudos to the support staff.

Good to hear your account has been fixed, 1425667, but my email account is still incapable of email.

Three days later, no response, no progress.

I think you should just open a ticket at https://help.mailbox.org. I got my response over there.
