Adding credit to my balance not accepting Visa payment and no access to https://help.mailbox.org

on 3/12/24 and 3/13/24 I made over 5 attempts to add credit to my balance with my visa having no success. I am unable to access https://help.mailbox.org to file a support ticket. After logging on to https://help.mailbox.org the window either states it is "redirecting, please wait," never redirecting or it tells me "you are already logged in" and does nothing.
In the forum there are lots of customers having this same issue. I didn't find a solution there.
Can mailbox.org help process my payment keeping my email or is mailbox.org going out of business so customers should migrate to a new email service?
