OpenTalk goes into a spasm

Hello. I was utilizing OpenTalk for my Client Consult calls and everytime I used it, my computer went into a spasm. I have been on Microsoft Teams and Zoom to be a guest in a one-on-one meeting and did not have any problems. Why is my computer going into a spasm when I use OpenTalk?
The same problem 
No connection
Real-time notifications may not work
