Urgent Help: I Can't Add Credit To My Balance Or Access E-mail To Send A Message Asking For Help

On November 19th and 20th, 2024, I tried many times to add credit to my account before the December 12th, 2024 deletion date, but it's not working. I tried different cards, phones, computers, and browsers. And I can't even access my e-mail to send you a message. I attached an image of the screen that shows up. Please help. Thank you.
