Etherpad on mailbox.org does not support images

Hey,
I'd really like to include images in my Etherpad document, actually it would only be usefull to me when I have this functionality. I see that there is a lot of opensource plugins available for this purpose, but on mailbox etherpad I could not find a way to install any plugins for this. Did I miss something and if not, what is preventing you to adding an image upload plugin?
