Search in cyrillic for word with upper and lower case

Hello,
I have strange issue- when I search for words in Cyrillic, there is a importance whether word start with upper case, or lower case. In English there is no such difference i.e. if I search for word: "test" it shows all emails, which contains "test" or "Test", which is also the way search should work in Cyrillic.
I like this idea
