While there are always areas for improvement, I want to express my appreciation to the Mailbox.org team for the following:

✅ Your long track record of prioritizing customer privacy and security

✅ Keeping customer costs reasonably low

✅ Offering ongoing technical support and extensive knowledge base help articles

✅ Being one of the earliest to provide a viable Google workspace alternative

✅ Making PGP key management easier for users

✅ Supporting open standards for syncing with third parties (IMAP, CalDAV, etc)

✅ Making gradual improvements over time (2FA, Open Talk, UI upgrades, etc)

Although I suspect business and government contracts might be less hassle and more lucrative for Mailbox, I hope the leadership never loses it's original reason for being and commitment to giving average people easy access to privacy respecting alternatives to Orwellian big tech.
