address book import - custom fields

When importing an address book CSV seems preferable to easily check all fields before import.
However, I have contacts with 2 url's (like in Thunderbird Webpage 1 and Webpage 2).
How can I define a custom field for CSV import like 'URL home' and 'URL business'?
