Can I forward all incoming mails to my own mail server via SMTP?

I am currently using Google Workspaces in front of my own mail server. Google is the receiving mail server (configured in MX records). I have configured Google to forward all mails to my own SMTP server via IP and port 587

I would like to replace Google with mailbox.org. So far I think mailbox.org has all the features I'd need and more. But I can't find how to route mails to another mailserver.
