Registered a 2nd email account which failed, now that email address is taken

I got Internal Server Error 500 when registering the 2nd account. It had my first and last name and now it is taken. How do I recover this account. My name is unique and I really want that email.
I never got to the point where I could add my telephone or any recover email.
The same problem 
No connection
