Refresh button doesn't animate on MacOS in recent browsers
Proposed
Small but longstanding issue: I'm using MacOS Sequoia and the Refresh button (that lets you manually check for new emails if you're impatient) doesn't animate there when clicking on it, whereas it does on my older computer (that runs MacOS Catalina).
Both Firefox and Chrome show animation of the Refresh button in Catalina and both refuse this trick in Sequoia.
